Add JaCoCo coverage reporting to test.sh
Vendor jacocoagent.jar/jacococli.jar under lib/jacoco/ (excluded from
the shipped classpath), attach the agent during test runs, and
generate an HTML+XML report into build/coverage after tests pass.
